ISIS will assist you in making booking requests for interpreter services throughout the Queensland Public Health Service, as well as allow interpreters and providers to confirm bookings directly over the internet, via a login page.

Urgent requests: If you require an interpreter within the next working day, DO NOT ENTER the request into ISIS. Instead, ring your Hospital and Health Service or Mater Health Services Interpreter Service Coordinator during business hours or contact ONCALL directly after hours (Ph: 3115 6999).
